Sabrina Gimpl is a Tasmanian-based ceramic artist known for crafting unique hand-built and wheel thrown ceramics in her home studio (the shed in her backyard).

Sab is inspired by the ancient pottery found in museums today, in particular vases with gorgeous tiny handles. Her craft is largely influenced by the organic shapes in our natural world, she finds beauty in the imperfections, the textures, the irregularities and the connection between living beings and the earth beneath us.

Enhancing the natural clay body & occasionally staining clay or incorporating a splash of dreamy and drippy glaze she hopes that her one of a kind pieces bring a touch of creativity and nature to your home.

Creating in small batches, Sabrina designs each collection slowly and intentionally in hopes that they will be cherished for a lifetime or perhaps longer, from the earth and from her hands to your home.
